Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance works to help reawaken downtown. Signs indicate that it has begun and a revitalized city center is closer at hand than before. But, it will not be easy, and we will need your help to reach our goals.

Thanks to the City of Harrisonburg's generosity, HDR began operation on July 1, 2003. The city's funding covers HDR's most basic operating expenses. But, to fully realize its mission of transforming downtown into a prosperous and vibrant city center, HDR must also rely on the support of local philanthropy.
