Grace Routhier

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Grace holds a B.A. in Hospitality Tourism Management and International Studies from Purdue University and brings to the team over 10 years of diverse hospitality leadership experience. It only took volunteering once at Winter Wonderfest with HDR, for Grace to know that being a part of a nonprofit with this meaningful mission of supporting downtown is exactly where she wanted to work. Fund raising comes natural to Grace and she enjoys getting to know our supporters and engaging with others in her field through her active participation and leadership in the Shenandoah Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Grace is responsible for running HDR’s Friendly City Fortune mega raffle fundraiser and manages our donor and sponsor relationships. She has helped HDR hit fund raising milestones for donations and sponsorships to make sure we can achieve our ambitious annual work plans.

In her role as Development Manager, Grace works closely with HDR’s partners and sponsors to help secure the support we need to execute HDR’s mission and vision with events and programs and focuses on fund development through community relationships and campaigns.
