HDR is led by a volunteer board of directors who are selected to represent a variety of skills, expertise, and perspectives.
We strive to always have downtown business owners, realtors, residents, architecture and design professionals, major stakeholders or employers serving on our board, along with lawyers, accountants, and other specialists who offer unique skills for specific counsel. We are always interested in recruiting people who are passionate about downtown, who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved, and who can represent our diverse community.

When we have vacancies on our board of directors, we solicit applications for empty seats in the fall with the goal to conduct interviews in October and have a slate of candidates for a vote before the end of the calendar year.
